We warm up and check how you move.
One-on-one coaching in a real gym, built around your body and your goals, by coaches who know how injuries happen and how to train around them.
What It Is
Big-box gyms hand you a machine circuit and a wave goodbye. A group class moves at everyone’s pace but yours. Neither is built for the body you actually have, with its old injuries and its real schedule.
Personal training here is one-on-one in our own gym. Because we are a physical therapy clinic first, your coach understands injury, programs around your history, and adjusts every set in real time.
You are the one everyone counts on to be capable. Which is exactly why your own training keeps sliding to the bottom of the list. This is where that stops.
Real gym, real coaching, not a machine circuit
What It Helps
Strength is the one thing that quietly fades when you ignore it, and every year you wait, it costs more to win back. Here is where it starts.

Form fixed in real time, every rep.
PT down the hall if something flares.
Pairs Well With
Questions, Answered
Absolutely. Most of our clients are everyday adults: parents, desk workers, and people who just want to feel strong and capable again. Your coach builds the plan around your starting point and your goals, whether that is carrying groceries without a twinge or getting back under a barbell. You are never asked to keep up with anyone but yesterday’s you.
We are a physical therapy clinic first, so your coach understands injury, not just exercise. Training happens one-on-one in our own gym, programmed around your history and how you move. If an old problem flares, a Doctor of Physical Therapy is down the hall, so we fix the cause instead of coaching around it.
Yes, and it is often the reason to start. We screen how you move, build around what your body can handle today, and progress as it gets stronger. If the injury needs more than training, we will tell you and map the plan. Questions before you start? Call us at (949) 388-5692.
