Dr. Harman Sidhu, PT, DPT, SCS

Dr. Harman Sidhu is originally from Bakersfield, CA and moved to Orange County in 2023. She earned her Bachelor’s in Biochemistry at UC Santa Barbara and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Baylor University. From there, she attended a Sports Residency at the University of Kentucky to become a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist.

She loves working with athletes of all ages, sports, and levels, with a special interest in Return to Sport Testing to ensure a safe, injury-free return to play. In her free time, Harman enjoys watching basketball, working out, exploring local food, and spending time with her two cats.
