Weeks 1–2
Pain
Calm the pain down.
Gentle, private hands-on work and nervous-system calming settle the guarded muscles and turn the pain volume down, starting your very first visit.
What We Treat
The deep ache no scan seems to explain. The pain that flares when you sit too long, or with intimacy. You are not imagining it, and you are not stuck with it. It starts with a cause-first evaluation.
Sound Familiar?
Two or more? You are not imagining it. You have carried this quietly long enough, and it is fixable.
Why It Happens
Deep pelvic pain is real, and it almost never comes from one place. It’s usually some mix: pelvic floor muscles that are tight, guarded, and stuck in a protective spasm. Irritated nerves that keep firing pain signals long after the original trigger. Joints in the low back, hips, or tailbone that refer pain into the pelvis. And a nervous system that has turned the volume up after months of hurting.
None of that shows up on a normal scan or blood test, which is why so many people get told nothing is wrong. It takes a real, cause-first evaluation to find what’s actually driving your pain. That’s why a clean MRI or a shrug and a prescription so often fall short: they miss the source. Find the real cause, and the path forward gets clear.
Our care is external and hands-on, focused on the hips, low back, tailbone, and the movement around them. We do not currently provide internal pelvic floor treatment, so if your evaluation shows you need it, we will tell you and point you to a pelvic health specialist.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like for chronic pelvic pain.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
Gentle, private hands-on work and nervous-system calming settle the guarded muscles and turn the pain volume down, starting your very first visit.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Targeted work restores motion in the hips, low back, and tailbone that have been bracing around the pain.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Progressive strengthening and graded exposure help sitting, movement, and intimacy stop being something you dread.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
You learn to spot and settle a flare early, and test your tolerance under real life before you’re cleared: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.
We start with a hands-on evaluation to find what’s actually driving your symptoms, in a private, judgment-free setting, at your pace.

Questions, Answered
Yes, and you’re far from alone. Most chronic pelvic pain doesn’t show up on an MRI or a blood test, because it lives in muscles, nerves, and movement patterns that imaging doesn’t capture. A clean scan doesn’t mean nothing is wrong, it means the cause is somewhere the scan can’t see. We start with a hands-on, cause-first evaluation to find what’s actually driving it, then build a plan with an endpoint.
No. Pain that has lasted a long time usually means your nervous system has gotten better at producing it, not that your body is broken beyond repair. That pattern can be retrained at any point. It may take a little longer than a fresh injury, and we’ll be honest about that, but you still get a plan with an endpoint, not open-ended treatment with no finish line.
Most people feel meaningful change within 4–6 visits. A full plan for pelvic pain runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, typically over 8–10 weeks, depending on how long you’ve been dealing with it. Either way, you get a plan with an endpoint: you’ll always know which phase you’re in and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments.
